Step 1

Cut the hearts across into quarters and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Small champignons cut into quarters and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Cut onions into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Stir fried champignons, hearts and onions in a pan.

Step 4

Add spices and cream and evaporate to a sauce consistency. Add grated nutmeg.
