Flush the turkey liver. After peeling the onions and carrots, cut them into cubes. Then cut the bacon fat into cubes. Put the liver, bacon, chopped vegetables in a preheated pan and, stirring slightly, fry on all sides until tender. Add spices to taste.
After that, you need to skip the liver with vegetables through a meat grinder twice.
Add the butter and broth to the minced meat, mix well. Put the resulting mixture into a mold and put it to cool in the refrigerator. Before serving, cut the paste into portions and serve with lettuce.
