Rinse turkey liver under cold water, peel off the film and cut into cubes.
Peel and chop onions. Now in the preheated vegetable oil, in a pan, fry the liver cubes with onions.
Add cognac to the pan, set fire to it. After that pour the cream (33% fat) and cook a little over medium heat.
Stirring, bring the mixture to the desired density, add salt and spices to taste. In 10 minutes before the end of cooking time, boil the noodles and serve it to the table with the liver in a creamy sauce.
