Turkey fillet cutlets

Step 1

Peel the wheat bread and soak in milk.

Step 2

Pass the turkey fillet through a meat grinder along with bread and onions.

Step 3

Add two eggs, vegetable oil, spices to the cooked minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly, form cutlets from the minced meat with your hands and fry in a well-heated frying pan on both sides until cooked. For garnish we recommend a mixture of vegetables.
