First you need to cook the stuffing. To do this, pass the turkey meat through a meat grinder along with onion and turkey fat. Then add a little cream, spices to the minced meat and mix well.
Now it's time to make dumplings dough. Add eggs, water, vegetable oil to the flour and knead the dough properly. If you are too lazy and knead the dough badly, then in it in some places sticky and hardened pieces of flour will remain, which will greatly interfere with the cutting of the dough. The finished dough should not stick to your hands; it is smooth and warm to the touch. Now you need to cover the dough with a towel and let rise, stand for 30 minutes.
Roll out the finished dough, slightly sprinkling flour on the rolling surface, cut out the pieces of the size you need, put the required amount of forcemeat on each piece of dough, blind together the edges of the dough with an envelope and form dumplings.
Dumplings from turkey are cooked in the same way as any others: throw them in boiling salted water and cook until cooked. You can also add 2-3 peas of allspice to the water.
