Turkey fillet, rinsing under cold water, beat off on both sides in a layer of 0.5 cm thick.
Prunes and dried apricots, previously soaked in warm water, washed and dried, finely chop.
Sprinkle the meat with spices, put on it a mixture of chopped dried apricots with prunes.
Now roll the pieces of meat into a roll, tie them with a thread and wrap in foil.
Place the rolls in a preheated to medium temperature oven for 50 minutes.
Let the roll cool, then cut thinly, garnish with lettuce and treat your family and guests!
