Wash the turkey drumstick steaks, dry, roll with flour on both sides and fry in vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Then cut the onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes into small cubes.
Place chopped vegetables, fried meat in a saucepan and leave to simmer over low heat.
Then add white wine, tomato paste, spices to the stewpan and continue to simmer for 60 minutes over low heat, covering with a lid.
Shortly before the end of the stew, add finely chopped greens, garlic, lemon zest and mix everything.
