Liver in meat sauce

Step 1

Wash turkey liver in cold water, peel off the film, cut into cubes and fry on both sides in a preheated pan along with onions. Then add cognac, set fire to it.

Step 2

After this, pour the pre-cooked chicken broth into the pan, cook a little. Then add demiglas to the pan, as well as spices and salt to taste.

Step 3

The liver in meat sauce is ready. The perfect side dish for this fabulous turkey dish is mashed potatoes.

Step 4

Wash the potatoes, peel them, boil them, add salt to taste and make mashed potatoes.
