Step 1

Cook the minced meat by passing the turkey fillet through a meat grinder along with onions, herbs and turkey fat.

Step 2

Add spices to the cooked minced meat, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Using your hands, slightly moistened in cold water, form sausage kebabs from minced meat and fry in a pan or grill.

Step 4

Serve kebab is best with vegetables and pita bread.
