Kebab from turkey liver

Step 1

Wash turkey liver in cold water and peel off the film, cut into pieces of the required size.

Step 2

Put them for 2-3 hours in a pre-prepared marinade, mixing vegetable oil, dried herbs and spices.

Step 3

Then put the pickled slices of turkey liver on skewers and grill or fry until cooked.

Step 4

Serve the cooked kebab on the table with fried potato wedges and vegetables.
