Curry Turkey

Step 1

Wash the turkey breast in cold water, cut into medium-sized cubes, fry in a saucepan.

Step 2

Then add 1.0 L cream of 33 percent fat, curry powder, finely chopped bell peppers and diced slices of peeled pineapple.

Step 3

Then add salt and spices to taste and, stirring, bring to the desired density.

Serve turkey in curry sauce best with boiled rice and green salad leaves.
